Victor J. Zannis, M.D. was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Zannis attended Stanford University and UCLA Medical School. After residency training in Phoenix, he became board certified in General Surgery through the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has performed breast surgery for over 20 years and now sub-specializes full-time in breast care. He is a member of and instructor for the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons, and has recently been published in the journals, Annals of Surgical Oncology, Cancer, and the American Journal of Surgery, on the changing surgical techniques in breast care. Dr. Zannis is married and has two children.

Dr. Lise Walker, a native Nevadan, is a 1982 graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She is a board-certified member of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the American Society of Breast Disease. Besides being an instructor for these organizations. Also she has been published in the American Journal of Surgery for modern breast surgery techniques. In 1993, she entered private practice in Lake Havasu City; and in 1997, pursuing further specialty in diseases of the breast, she joined renowned breast surgeons Philip Israel, M.D. and Richard Fine, M.D., pioneers in Image Guided Biopsy, a less invasive technique for obtaining tissue for microscopic examination, in Marietta, Georgia. With these years of experience and depth of expertise, Dr. Walker provides empathetic, highly innovative, and modern breast care.

Jennifer Lespron, R.N.F.A, was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Jennie has worked with the practice since 1983 as an office nurse, private scrub, and surgical first assistant.

Julie Volking is a Kansas native and now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined the Breast Care Center staff in February 2009 as Dr. Walker's medical assistant.

Micaela Douglas, Administrative Assistant, is a Phoenix native. She graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2002. Micaela joined the Breast Care Center staff in February 2003.

Laura Mikkelson, Business Manager, was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Laura has worked with the practice since 1981 managing insurance accounts, billing, and organizing office automation.

Kimberly Smith, Administration, was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Kim has worked with the practice since 1992 as front office administrator and receptionist.
